Conference & Meeting Room Buying Guide

We have a 5 step meeting room/micro meets design process – the results are brand-centric, welcoming, and ergonomic meeting areas. We also deliver all meeting & boardroom furniture all over Ireland including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway and many more.

Step 1:

The fun part – we get to know you. The first stage in any design is to get to know our clients, this is particularly important in meeting design. We establish what tone should be set  – be it a serious tone in a solicitors office or a more light youthful atmosphere in a tech start up.

Step 2:

After we get an understanding of your needs, budgets and vision we get to work on the design. Donworth Office Interiors boasts a highly skilled team of designers who will survey, space plan and design your meeting area.  The design team will provide drawings, imagery and mood boards to ensure you are content with your design.

Step 3:

Finalizing the design. The design and sales team work closely with our clients at this stage. We establish things like finishes on the conference table/meeting table, textiles, upholstery finishes for the seating. By paying close attention to this stage we ensure the smooth running of the project.

Step 4:

The boring part – we wait. Donworth Office Interiors has built fantastic relationships with our suppliers. You can rest assured you’re in safe hands during the production and delivery of your meeting room / conference room furniture.

Step 5:

The exciting part – installation. Our extremely skilled installation team will arrive on-site with all ordered furniture. They will be briefed on the design before arrival, and have a precise understanding of your new space. They will unpack, install and layout all of the furniture.
